NOTE: Only floating dock materials approved by Chesterfield County Utilities, designed to keep our reservoir safe and healthy, will be approved. Thank you for submitting your application for a dock to SC Reservoir Holdings, LLC. You should receive an application submittal and payment confirmation by email shortly.

Applications will be reviewed and you will receive an email advising of approval or denial of your application. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing.

If your application is denied, you will have the opportunity to resubmit missing materials or to correct deficiencies in your application without an additional submission fee. If you change your dock plans, contractor or designs, a new application will be needed.

By submitting this application, the applicant(s) agree to the terms of the license agreement issued by S C Reservoir Holdings, LLC. It is further agreed that all dock construction will be/has been built exactly as represented in this application All license agreements will be recorded with Chesterfield County. Notice of approved applications will be shared with Chesterfield County Utilities and the appropriate community association, if applicable.
